Territory

As part of your Franchise Agreement you have been awarded an exclusive Franchise Territory to trade within. This means that no other franchisee can trade within your exclusive area and that you cannot trade within another franchisee’s area either. It is therefore vital that you devote your efforts to developing business within your territory.

Territory Disputes

In the event of a territory dispute between franchisees details must be immediately passed to Head Office for resolution.
