Payment Terms

Typical payment terms are termly in advance. We advise block bookings, as babies and children reap better benefits from coming more than once.  Due to sessions being popular a place must be booked in advance.  Sessions can be paid for individually if you wish.  We suggest letting cash customers attend during first few month of building up your business, Price Lists (Customer)

Our recommended prices are:

6 weeks to crawling

• £7 per class per person when block booking
• £7.50 per individual session

Toddlers

• £6-7 block booking
• £6.50 per session

Juniors

• £7-8 block booking
• £7.50pay per session

Schools pricing £60-£75 £3-£3.50 per child on 20.

Parties £100 per party

Nurseries and Children Centres £50-£60 based on 15 children no room hire. (In the instance of free room hire a discount may be offered such as ten percent.)

Sibling/twin discount one full price other half price.  When pricing for Nurseries and schools you should work out you earnings on average for a class but take into consideration that you have no marketing for this of venue hire, so offering a reduced cost helps to win business.  Please use the marketing manual to help with schools.

Quotes

Where your asked to provide details of pricing in schools there is a template sheet of pricing you can amend.  You can send out a quote on letter headed paper.  You should always include your terms and even the Service Level Agreement.

Contracts

A service level agreement should be used when entering in negotiations to provide classes with schools and nurseries.  This ensures both parties enter an agreed payment date and what it is you will provide.   This is available on dropbox for you to use.

All new parents must fill out a Health and Photo Declaration before starting classes. This is at the time of booking online and if attending a taster a sheet will be given to read and sign.
