The Operations Manual is referred to in your Franchise Agreement and will be kept updated with any changes that are made to the operating procedures you need to run your business. This forms part of our commitment to you in terms of continually improving the way we run the Franchise and keeping abreast of changes in the market place. It is important that you keep a fully up to date version of this Operating Manual as amendments and updates are made available to you.
