Behaviour in class

Kalma  teachers should act in a professional manner in and out of working hours and act appropriately in any setting you teach when representing Kalma .

Your behaviour during classes will determine whether parents return to your class and whether they make any referrals. It is vital that you are professional at all times. Some basic guidelines include the following:

• Always turn up to classes on time.
• Manage the parent expectations and experience so that they can appreciate what you are doing and the benefits to their child.
• Always be courteous and respectful to parents. Get to know them.
• Always wear the company uniform.
• Always deliver the product and service in the manner that we have taught you to ensure that you do a first class job. Involve everyone like a family.
