Dealing with Problems

If you carry out your classes in the manner that we have taught you then problems and issues will be minimised. In the event that any problems do occur then respond promptly to the parent and seek a timely resolution.

Some of the most common problems you may encounter are:

• Issuing refunds in sickness. We have a no refund policy in this case but you can always roll on sessions or use your initiative giving a refund.
• Health problems, often you get preterm babies and Parents are wary of germs etc always reassure them of cleanliness in classes and you can always suggest at start of term politely reminding parents to be vigilant of sickness in classes.
