Class Structure

The structure of a class is important to flow and it ensures an all-round session of stretches. We recommend that all classes should be in a similar structure (this is depending on your babies as they are un-predictable at time, and often a need to think quickly with another stretch). We have provided you with an example lesson plan which is set out in a structure as followed below.

Structure is as follows:
 A little dry massage, over the top of baby’s clothes
 Breathing techniques
 A gentle warm up for the parents/carers
 Stretches for babies,
 Stretches for parents/carers
 Stretches to song and rhyme
 Stretches together
 Props
 Cool down
 Relaxation
