Teachers that come on board as a freelance teacher must register as self employed.  Your employer may recommend an accountant for you or you are welcome to find your own.  All employed teachers will be through PAYE.  Your employer will notify you of rate of pay hours contracted and so on within your contract.  Benefits and uniforms will be agreed with your employer upon offer of the job.

All terms of freelance/employment agreements, benefits, etc will be reviewed from time to time, in order to ensure that there is no unlawful discrimination.  A probationary period of 6 month can be agreed/placed before receiving final confirmation of franchise/employment contract agreement. During this period both you and Kalma Baby have the right to terminate the contract agreement upon giving four weeks’ notice.  Upon completion of your probationary period your notice will be as indicated in your contract.
