We are offering schools the unique opportunity to become a mindful school with our Kalma Minds accreditation. Now you have completed our bronze level accreditation you have started your mindful journey with Kalma Life to support the children build mindful awareness and find steps to care for their mental health and well-being.
The Sliver award accreditation is pupil lead, continuing to give ownership to a selection of pupils, known as ‘The Kalma Minds’ who will complete the accreditation process. You can choose to continue with the pupils who completed the bronze award, or recruit a new Kalma Minds team to help gain the Sliver award for your school.
Kalma Minds is a unique mindfulness program for primary aged school children. Our mindful mission is to empower and equip the children of today with tools to be able to effectively look after their mental health and well-being. Children now face huge times of change and stress, and they need to be given tools to learn to deal with these emotions.
